About the event
For those who feel tight, shallow, or disconnected from their breath.
Breath is one of the body’s most powerful regulators — and one of the first things to change when we’ve been under stress, pressure, or emotional load for a long time. Many people don’t realise they’re holding their breath, breathing high into the chest, or subtly bracing with every inhale.
This practice is a gentle return to natural, nourishing breath rhythms. Not breathwork that asks you to do more — but breathing that helps the body feel safe enough to soften. Exhale-led, non-effortful, and deeply supportive of nervous system regulation, this practice helps unwind the patterns that keep the body in vigilance and holding.
Rather than trying to control the breath, we let the breath reorganise itself.
