About the event
Exploring subtle impulses, want, and attraction to life after periods of depletion or shutdown.
Desire doesn’t disappear — it goes quiet when the nervous system has been overwhelmed, exhausted, or in survival. This practice is an invitation to gently reconnect with want, pull, curiosity, and aliveness in the body — without pressure to feel a certain way or perform desire on cue.
Rather than chasing motivation or forcing yourself to feel “back online,” we create the conditions for desire to re-emerge naturally. This is a slow, attuned practice that helps the body remember how to orient toward what feels nourishing, interesting, or alive — in its own timing.
Desire here is not about sex or productivity. It’s about the body’s subtle yes — the impulse to reach, move toward, linger, or engage with life again.
What to Expect
This is a gentle, exploratory practice rooted in sensation, choice, and internal permission.
