This guided somatic practice invites you to meet shame through the body, not the mind.

Through breath, gentle movement, and embodied awareness, you’ll begin to unwind the layers of tension and tenderness held beneath it, transforming shame’s grip into softness, curiosity, and compassion.


You’ll learn to recognise how shame shows up in your nervous system and how to return to presence — to reclaim warmth, dignity, and belonging from within.
