This is slow, sacred movement—designed for nervous system nourishment, emotional release, and deep embodied presence. Slow Flow is a gentler, slower-paced version of our signature Somatic Flow class. It’s breath-led, body-honouring, and intentionally unhurried—so you can feel more, force less, and move in deep partnership with your system. This practice invites you to soften, slow down, and listen—to the subtle, the quiet, the deeply intelligent language of your body. What to Expect We begin and end reclined to anchor the nervous system in safety and stillness. The flow moves like a slow tide—wave by wave—guiding you into sensation, rhythm, and restoration. Cancellation Policy
You can cancel or reschedule your booking up to 1 hour before class. Anything less than 1 hour & you forfeit your class session. Classes are non refundable but can be rescheduled up to 1 hour before class start.
