Service Description
Walking is one of the most underrated yet powerful somatic practices we have. It’s more than just movement—it’s medicine for the mind, body, and nervous system. From a neuroscience perspective, walking—especially outdoors—stimulates bilateral movement, which helps integrate brain hemispheres, process emotions, and support nervous system regulation. It reduces cortisol levels, boosts endorphins, supports vagus nerve function, and activates the default mode network in the brain, which promotes creativity, clarity, and self-reflection. In short, walking helps us reset. But walking is also inherently human. It's rhythmic, grounding, and deeply ancestral. It brings us back to presence, into our bodies, and out of the urgency that modern life so often demands. Sol Walk Club is our weekly invitation to walk with intention, in community. We gather every week at the Sun Womb, then head out for a walk—together. This is a space to breathe, move, connect, and return to a slower, more regulated rhythm. There’s no pressure, no rush—just movement, conversation, nature, and nervous system nourishment. Free to join. Open to all. Come as you are, and walk with us.

Cancellation Policy
You can cancel or reschedule your booking up to 1 hour before class. Anything less than 1 hour & you forfeit your class session. Classes are non refundable but can be rescheduled up to 1 hour before class start.
