Space to Feel.
Energy moves through your body—you'll feel it, not theorise it.
We show you what's already inside: the intelligence in your breath, the wisdom in your tissues, the resilience of actually living in your body instead of abandoning it.
Somatic movement. Biohacking. Breathwork. Embodiment.
We don't teach balance—we drop you into it.
Science made visceral. Ancient practice made now. Your body, fully awake.

Why Is Sol Method Different
At Sol Method Byron Bay, movement is about building a responsive, trusting relationship with your body and nervous system — in real time, in real space, with real support.
Most movement practices ask your body to "push through"
Here, we create the conditions for your system to feel safe enough to soften, regulate, and strengthen not with force but capacity.
Nervous-system-led, not willpower-led
Every in-studio class is designed with the nervous system in mind. We prioritise regulation first — because when the body feels safe, it naturally becomes more resilient, mobile, and strong.
Strength without overwhelm
Our approach builds grounded, functional strength and vitality while supporting hormonal health and recovery. You won’t be pushed into urgency or intensity that leaves you depleted — instead, effort is paced, intentional, and supportive.
Guided, in-the-moment support
Practising in person allows for subtle cues, co-regulation, and felt guidance that can’t be replicated online. The room itself becomes part of the regulation — breath, rhythm, and presence shared together.
Meeting your body where it is today
There is no “one right way” to show up. Some days your system needs grounding and containment, other days movement and lift, and other days deep rest. Our studio offerings span the full nervous system spectrum so you can respond honestly to what you need.
A space to arrive, not perform
The Byron studio is a calm, welcoming environment where you don’t have to keep up, prove anything, or get it right. You arrive as you are — and leave feeling more settled, capable, and at home in your body.

Which Practice Is Right For You ?
Your nervous system changes day to day — and so should your movement.
Rather than a one-size-fits-all approach, Sol Method offers practices that support different internal states.
Instead of what's "right" — simply notice how you’re feeling and start there.

Somatic Reset
If you’re feeling: anxious, overwhelmed, overstimulated, mentally busy, or holding tension in the chest, jaw, or belly
A grounding, regulating practice designed to bring your system back to baseline. Somatic Reset supports nervous system settling, emotional regulation, and capacity building — helping the body shift out of urgency and chronic stress.
This practice also supports lymphatic movement through gentle mobilisation and breath, aiding detox pathways and reducing that “wired but tired” feeling.
Best when life feels loud, fast, or too much.

Somatic Rest
If you’re feeling: burnt out, depleted, emotionally exhausted, struggling with sleep, or unable to fully switch off
A deeply restorative practice focused on true down-regulation. Somatic Rest supports deep nervous system repair, sleep quality, and recovery from long-term stress.
This practice helps lower cortisol, calm the mind, and allow the body to redirect energy toward healing, digestion, and hormonal regulation. Many people notice improved sleep and a greater ability to actually rest — not just lie down tired.
This is intentional rest for systems that have been holding a lot.

Somatic Flow
If you’re craving: movement, circulation, reconnection, creativity, or a gentle lift in energy
A breath-led, flowing practice designed to restore ease, rhythm, and trust in movement. Somatic Flow supports healthy circulation and lymphatic flow, joint mobility, and mood elevation, helping you feel more open, fluid, and alive in your body.
Rather than pushing for intensity, Flow invites you to move with your breath and internal cues. This helps the nervous system stay regulated while energy builds naturally — supporting vagal tone, coordination, and embodied presence.
Somatic Flow is especially supportive if you want to move without stress, reconnect to your body after periods of tension or shutdown, or rebuild confidence in movement. Many people leave feeling lighter, clearer, and more connected — physically and emotionally.

Somatic Strength
If you want to feel: grounded, steady, strong, and supported from the inside out
Somatic Strength focuses on containment, control, and internal support, helping you feel strong without bracing, gripping, or pushing through.
This practice supports pelvic floor function, spinal stability, and whole-body integration — key for long-term strength, posture, and nervous system safety. Movements are paced and deliberate, allowing your system to stay regulated while capacity builds over time. Supporting hormonal balance, recovery, and sustainable energy, making it especially beneficial for those who have experienced burnout, anxiety, or exercise-related depletion.
Many people leave feeling solid, anchored, and quietly powerful — strength that feels supportive, not draining.

Somatic Breath
If you’re feeling: tight in the chest, shallow in your breath, anxious, overstimulated, or stuck in your head
A guided, breath-led practice that supports nervous system regulation through conscious, non-forceful breathing. Somatic Breath helps restore natural breathing patterns, expand lung and diaphragm capacity, and reconnect you to sensation and internal rhythm.
This practice supports the diaphragm — a key regulator of the nervous system — and its relationship with the pelvic floor and core, helping the body feel more supported, settled, and integrated. Gentle breath sequencing can also assist lymphatic movement, stress regulation, and emotional processing.
Somatic Breath is especially supportive during periods of stress, transition, or when the mind feels busy and the body needs help softening and exhaling.

Somatic Rebound
If you’re feeling: flat, heavy, stagnant, low in mood, or disconnected from your vitality
A rhythmic, playful practice designed to gently activate the nervous system, lift energy, and release stored tension. Somatic Rebound uses repetitive, buoyant movement to stimulate circulation and lymphatic flow, helping the body clear stagnation and feel more alive.
Rather than pushing intensity, Rebound works with rhythm and momentum to elevate mood, support nervous system flexibility, and reintroduce movement in a way that feels energising but safe. This makes it especially helpful for periods of low motivation, emotional heaviness, or shutdown.
Many people leave feeling lighter, brighter, and more resourced — with energy that feels available rather than forced.

Breath & Sound
If you’re craving: deep calm, integration, emotional release, or nervous system nourishment
A layered, immersive practice that begins with guided breath and moves into a sound journey using vibration and frequency. Breath & Sound supports nervous system regulation by helping the body shift out of mental activity and into deeper, slower brain states.
The combination of breath and sound encourages deep relaxation, emotional integration, and improved sleep quality, while the vibrational aspect of sound helps soften held tension and create a sense of spaciousness in the body.
This is a receiving practice — there’s nothing to perform or achieve.

Tea with Tal
Fridays 5:30pm–6:30pm
Saturdays 8:00am–9:00am
The Way of Tea is a 60-minute silent sit inside The Sun Womb. No movement. No technique. No talking. Just tea, stillness, and shared presence.
Multiple rounds of premium aged tea are poured slowly while a soft analogue vinyl soundscape hums in the background. The gentle crackle, the warmth of sound, the rhythm of pouring — it all becomes part of the regulation.
And something shifts.
The breath deepens without being instructed.
The shoulders soften without being told.
The system downshifts from doing into being.
Tal’s offering is deeply human and trauma-aware — shaped by his own healing journey and ancestral lineage where tea was ritual, not performance. There is no theatre here. Just sincerity, steadiness, and a space that feels safe enough to land.
Intimate. Held. Limited spaces.
Together We Rise.
