The Sun Womb

More than just a studio.

It’s the anchor of Sol Method—a sensory space for nervous system healing,

deep feeling, and real connection.

This is where the pace drops, your body exhales, and presence takes over.

Built for the women who feel it all—this is your space to be supported, softened,

strengthened and brought back to your body.

This is a somatic studio.

A space where movement becomes medicine—and your body leads the way.

At Sol Method, we practice nervous system-informed somatics, blending breathwork, intuitive movement, stillness, sound, and emotional release to help you shift your state, clear stress, and learn real regulation.

Somatics is about learning the language of your body.
It’s the art of feeling from within—of listening to your body’s cues

and responding with presence & purpose, not pressure.

These practices restore the connection between your body, emotions, and nervous system

so you can return to regulation and build true resilience.

This isn’t about pushing, performing, or pretending.

It’s about -  Real presence. Real healing. Real you.

Monthly Immersions

Our Sol Method Immersions are 2–4 hour in-person deep dives designed to guide you into profound states of nervous system healing, embodiment, and emotional intelligence. Each immersion centres on a specific theme—such as stress release, boundaries, feminine embodiment, or the freeze response—offering space to explore, express, and integrate at the level of the body.

Through guided breathwork, somatic movement, nervous system education, vocal release, and restorative practices, these sessions help you shift from survival patterns into safety, presence, and connection. Expect a sensory-rich experience that’s deeply held, trauma-informed, and intentionally crafted for real-life transformation.

These aren’t just workshops—they’re invitations back to your body.

Community Offerings

At Sol Method, we believe resilience isn’t built in isolation—it’s built in relationship.
Nervous systems regulate best in safe company.

That’s why community is at the core of everything we do.

From our classes to our ceremonies, from quiet tea on the deck to shared moments on the mat—this is a space to be seen, softened, and supported.

You don’t have to do it alone.

We host free community gatherings and monthly immersions designed to deepen connection, spark shared growth, and remind you that healing doesn’t just happen within—it also happens between.

In between classes, our Open Studio is here for you:
Come journal, meditate, rest, or simply sit.
No pressure. Just presence.

Community is where resilience begins.
And in co-regulation, we rise together.

“Transformative Experiences “

Tara is an amazingly gifted, talented and experienced yoga teacher that I clicked with right away. Taking her classes regularly has enabled me to both physically and mentally grow and to develop a strong sense of flexibility and an understanding of inner strength and confidence that has far extended beyond the yoga mat. Under her expertise and compassionate guidance I have been supported and constantly encouraged to challenge myself, with rewards that continually exceed my expectations. She always provides a warm, safe and inclusive environment that embraces all levels of ability and experience. I am so grateful for the attention to detail and direction offered in each session. She helped me become a better student and I always leave her classes with a lightness in my step and an eagerness to learn more.

“Yoga on & off the mat"

Tara is one of the most powerful teachers that the Shire has the honour to have. She not only has a great strong and beautiful physical practise, but the way she weaves the spiritual message into the movements is divine. I have seen Tara work, I’ve work alongside of her and known her for the last 10 years. Tara continues to amaze me in all the ways she takes yoga to and off the mat. A real pearl in this town, a real Yogini anyone will be blessed to encounter in the path of development and self awareness.
