Tara Folton

Tara brings nearly three decades of experience as a Yoga teacher across multiple lineages, now specialising in a nervous system-informed approach rooted in Polyvagal Theory. Her work weaves together somatic wisdom, trauma sensitivity, and deep presence, creating a powerful container for embodied transformation.

As a long-time women’s embodiment coach, Tara’s perspective expanded profoundly when she became a mother—igniting a fierce devotion to generational healing. She now guides others to not only regulate their own nervous system but to reclaim the ripple effect this has on their families, relationships, and legacy.

Tara’s presence is steady, intuitive, and deeply attuned to the rhythms of the body, offering guidance that is as soulful as it is somatically grounded.

Ruby Shine

Ruby is a multidisciplinary wellness coach with a rich background in Yoga, Pilates, functional movement, menstrual cycle education, and neuroscience-based nervous system regulation. Her approach is both grounded and innovative—blending ancient traditions with modern science to offer support that feels as holistic as it is practical and relevant to your everyday life.

Ruby's deep passion for nervous system work was born from her own journey healing C-PTSD. This lived experience fuels her mission: to help others build a powerful, trusting relationship with their nervous system. She believes this connection is the foundation for reducing anxiety, hormonal imbalances, relational struggles, and the chronic burnout so many live with.

Ruby teaches from the heart—with empathy, embodiment, and a deep respect for your body’s innate intelligence.

WHAT IS SOL METHOD?

Sol Method is somatic practice—body-based work that helps you regulate stress, release what's stored, and rebuild a steady relationship with your nervous system. Rooted in science, spirit, and what we've lived through.

Somatic means of the body. It's about feeling, not just thinking. Moving tension through instead of talking around it.

Through guided movement, breathwork, stillness, and sound, we help you drop beneath the mind and into your body's intelligence—the kind you can't think your way into.

Because real transformation doesn't start in your thoughts. It starts in your nervous system.

WHY WE EXIST

We're living through a nervous system crisis. Burnout is baseline. Disconnection is constant. Rest feels impossible. And too many of us are stuck in survival mode, trying to think our way out of what we can only feel our way through.

When you stay there, you lose yourself—bit by bit, breath by breath.

Sol Method exists to change that.

Your body isn't the problem—it's the way back. When you build trust with your nervous system, everything shifts: your thoughts, your energy, your relationships, your capacity to be fully here. You stop reacting. You start choosing.

This work isn't just personal healing. It's collective remembering. Regulated women reshape families, workplaces, communities, generations.

Our mission is to help women move from survival to sovereignty—to living from choice, not reaction—through nervous system work that's deeply embodied, fiercely practical, and profoundly human.

About Sol Method

This is where nervous system science meets somatic wisdom. Where ancient practice meets modern life. And where healing stops being something you chase—and starts being something you feel.
