If your days are full of thinking and doing, a guided class gives you time to notice how your body feels.
Sol Method combines yoga, somatic movement and guided breathing. Classes begin lying on your back with 360° breathing. We call this Landing: time to arrive and bring your attention to your body.
In Somatic Reset, your teacher guides breathing, shaking, bouncing and intuitive movement, then finishes with stillness. You can choose how you move. No experience is needed.
