We combine somatic movement, breathwork, and nervous system practices to help you release stress, build resilience, and develop a stronger relationship with your body.
Instead of overriding your body’s signals, Sol Method teaches you how to listen, regulate, and build capacity in a way your body can sustain.

Some days your body needs activation and mobility. Other days it needs grounding, strength, or deep rest. Our classes span the full nervous system spectrum so you can meet your body where it actually is.

This isn’t about "fixing" or overriding your body. It’s about learning to listen to its signals, regulate stress, and build a relationship based on trust and partnership.

We were doing "all the things"—but still just surviving.
No matter how much we learned, did, or "understood"—our bodies weren't thriving.

That’s when everything changed.

We stopped outsourcing our peace and started building internal safety.
We learned the rhythms of our nervous systems.
We learned how to release stress from the body, not just cope with it.
And we started to trust ourselves again—not just in our heads, but in our bodies.
