Somatic Breath

Embodied Awareness

33 Australian dollars
Sun Womb

Service Description

The foundation of the Sol Method. Somatic Breath is where your nervous system training begins. This is a practice designed to help you build a relationship with your body by learning the language of your nervous system. Using 360° diaphragmatic breathing, guided somatic exercises and moments of stillness, you'll begin developing the foundational skill of embodied awareness — the ability to notice your breath, sensations, emotions and internal state without immediately reacting, fixing or overriding them. 360° diaphragmatic breathing helps restore your natural breathing mechanics while creating the internal conditions for your nervous system to slow down, regulate and reconnect with your body. As your awareness grows, so does your capacity to respond to life with greater presence, clarity and choice. Whether you're feeling overwhelmed, disconnected, constantly "on," or simply wanting to feel more at home within yourself, Somatic Breath offers a space to slow down, tune in and reconnect. Because lasting change doesn't begin by thinking differently. It begins by learning to feel. You'll leave feeling: - More grounded and present. - More connected to your body. - Less reactive and more responsive. - Equipped with practical breathing tools you can use in everyday life. - Better able to recognise what your nervous system is communicating.
