Somatic Breath is a binaural beats & breathwork practice that gently brings you out of the mental loop and back into your body. Instead of trying to think your way into calm, we use sound and breath to shift your state first — from the inside out. Through rhythmic breathing, gentle somatic movement, and binaural beats that support brainwave regulation, this class helps the body soften its grip: the bracing, the holding, the vigilance. This is a practice of coming home — not by effort, but by allowing. How it meets your body: Somatic Breath works with the nervous system’s pacing. It invites your body to move from thought to sensation, from contraction to softening, at a pace that feels safe. - Binaural beats help shift the brain from heightened alertness into calmer, more receptive states. - Breath becomes the bridge between what you feel and how you respond. - Your system learns that it can relax without collapsing, release without overwhelm. Cancellation Policy

Cancellation, Reschedule & No-Show Policy You can cancel or reschedule your booking up to 1 hour before class starts. Anything less than 1 hour and you forfeit your class session. Classes are non-refundable but can be rescheduled up to 1 hour before the start time. If you do not attend and do not cancel at least 1 hour before class, a $10 no-show fee will apply.
