Reset guides you through breath, movement, sound, and stillness to help your body release what it’s been holding — the tension, the bracing, the emotional weight — so you can come home to a steadier baseline. This is where balance stops being a concept and becomes something you feel. How it meets your body: Reset is the midpoint — here, sympathetic energy and parasympathetic rest learn to coexist. Your system is reminded that it’s allowed to soften, open, and settle. You learn that you can move with sensation instead of away from it. You remember your body knows how to return home. Cancellation Policy
Cancellation, Reschedule & No-Show Policy You can cancel or reschedule your booking up to 1 hour before class starts. Anything less than 1 hour and you forfeit your class session. Classes are non-refundable but can be rescheduled up to 1 hour before the start time. If you do not attend and do not cancel at least 1 hour before class, a $10 no-show fee will apply.
