This 1:1 session with Tara begins with a gentle check-in — a grounded conversation that helps you name what’s alive in your body, heart, or mind right now. Together, you’ll explore what you’re feeling, what’s been building, and what your nervous system is calling for in this season of your life. From there, Tara guides you into a tailored somatic practice designed specifically for your state — whether you’re needing release, grounding, activation, softening, emotional processing, or reconnection. Through a combination of somatic movement, breathwork, nervous system mapping, emotional release techniques, and embodied inquiry, this session helps you: Unwind the tension your body is bracing around Move stored emotion in a safe, supported way Shift out of overwhelm, shutdown, or survival mode Reconnect to sensation, presence, and inner safety Build a felt sense of capacity, clarity, and calm Come back into your body as a place of home and strength Tara’s presence is deeply attuned — she follows your cues, your breath, your pace, and the language of your body.
