1:1 Somatic Coaching Call with Ruby

A grounded, spacious, conversation-led session to help you understand your body, your patterns, and the parts of you calling for support. This 1:1 session is a place to exhale — a place to speak honestly about what’s happening in your health, relationships, sense of self, or work, and to be met with clarity, compassion, and nervous system understanding. Together, you and Ruby explore the deeper layers beneath what you’re experiencing: • the old emotional patterns running the show • the reactions that feel automatic • the habits your body created to protect you • the places you brace, shrink, over-function, or disconnect • the survival responses shaping how you show up, cope, or relate Rather than trying to “fix” you, Ruby helps you make sense of yourself — why your body responds the way it does, what it’s been carrying, and what it needs now. This is a coaching-forward session, guided by conversation, somatic inquiry, and deep listening. If a tool or practice will genuinely support what’s arising, Ruby may offer a simple breath, regulation technique, or embodied inquiry — but the focus is on clarity and nervous system guidance, not performance. You can expect to be met exactly where you are. Ruby will reflect what she sees with warmth and honesty, offering personalised suggestions, insights, and somatic tools that strengthen your relationship with your body and create more space for the life you want to move toward — whether that’s steadier health, deeper relationships, a more grounded sense of self, or greater ease in your work. You’ll leave the session feeling understood, regulated, and resourced — with practical next steps and a felt sense of coming home to yourself.
