Each month, we collaborate with aligned brands to create a deeper sensory and connective experience. Think intentional ritual woven into every layer of the practice — scent, touch, taste, presence. What to expect: We open with a sensory ritual designed to slow you down and drop you in — activating your senses, softening your body, and signalling to your nervous system that it's safe to arrive. From here, you'll move into our signature Somatic Reset practice — a full-body experience using breath, movement, sound, and stillness to: – release stored tension and emotional weight – regulate your nervous system – return you to a steady, grounded baseline We close gently with a shared ritual, holding space for integration, real conversation, and genuine connection within the community. This is more than a class. It's a reset point for your entire system.
