Service Description
A completely personalised somatic experience, tailored to meet your body, mind, and nervous system exactly as they are today. This is not a set sequence or general class — it’s a deeply attuned, one-on-one session designed around your current physical, emotional, and energetic state, as well as your unique nervous system survival pattern (fight, flight, freeze, or fawn). Each session weaves together a combination of: Breathwork to regulate and recalibrate your nervous system Guided movement to support embodiment, release tension, and restore flow Hands-on touch (always with consent) to ground, soothe, and guide awareness into the body Intuitive somatic release techniques to support emotional processing and nervous system integration Whether you arrive feeling overwhelmed, stuck, exhausted, anxious, or seeking to deepen your relationship with your body, your session will be completely tailored to your moment — designed to create space, safety, and reconnection from the inside out. Available as a 60-minute or 90-minute session. Held at The Sun Womb, Byron Bay. Optional integration support is available upon request following your session. First-time clients receive a short consultation as part of the session to ensure we understand your history, current state, and goals.
Cancellation Policy
To secure your Private Session, we require a $100 deposit at the time of booking. This deposit confirms your place and allows us to prepare a personalised, attuned experience for you or your group. Payment schedule: The remaining balance is due 24 hours prior to your session and will be invoiced or charged automatically. Cancellations: Cancellations made 24 hours or more before your session will receive a full refund of your deposit. Cancellations made within 24 hours of your session will forfeit the deposit as a late cancellation fee. Rescheduling: We understand that life happens. If you need to reschedule, we ask for at least 24 hours’ notice so we can move your deposit to a future date. No-shows: No-shows or same-day cancellations will be charged in full.
