Unlike traditional strength classes, this isn’t about pushing to the limit — it’s about cultivating steadiness, containment, and safety through effort. By focusing on spinal strength and mobility — the house of your central nervous system — this class strengthens your foundation from the inside out. The spine becomes both the anchor and the channel, supporting nervous system health and whole-body regulation. How it meets your body: Strength embodies grounded movement. It moves your system in a slow-paced, intentional way that creates steadiness, safety, and body containment. Science-backed benefits: Strength-based somatic practices improve proprioception (your body’s map of itself in space) and interoception (your awareness of internal signals). This stabilises the stress response by providing predictability and containment. Focus on the spine enhances nervous system efficiency, supports postural stability, and prevents the compensations that feed tension or anxiety. Slow, resistance-based work also builds muscular and bone density, anchoring effort as a resource rather than a stressor. What to expect: In Somatic Strength you’ll move through slow, resistance-based sequences using ankle & wrist weights, woven with grounding breath and intentional pauses. A special focus is placed on spinal strength and mobility, creating stability at the very centre of your system. Each practice is paced to allow effort to feel safe rather than overwhelming, teaching your body that exertion can be regulating and supportive. Cancellation Policy

Cancellation, Reschedule & No-Show Policy You can cancel or reschedule your booking up to 1 hour before class starts. Anything less than 1 hour and you forfeit your class session. Classes are non-refundable but can be rescheduled up to 1 hour before the start time. If you do not attend and do not cancel at least 1 hour before class, a $10 no-show fee will apply.
