Why We Created This
We live in a time where people know more about wellbeing than ever before.
We know we should meditate.
We know we should breathe.
We know stress affects the nervous system.
We know movement is medicine.
And yet...
More people feel disconnected from themselves than ever.
Because knowing isn't the same as becoming.
That's why we created Sol Method.
Not simply to teach movement.
But to help people develop a relationship with themselves through movement.
Everything we teach begins there.

Choose Your Pathway
At Sol Method, we believe transformation doesn't happen through information alone.
It happens when the body is fully included.
Our trainings combine the wisdom of yoga with contemporary somatics, embodied anatomy, breathwork and facilitation to help you build a deeper relationship with yourself—and, if you choose, the skills to guide others there too.
Each pathway can be completed independently.
Complete all three and you'll graduate as a Certified Sol Method Somatic Yoga Facilitator
(300 Hours)

1. Embodiment Immersion
Come home to your body.
This is where everything begins.
Not with teaching.
With you.
The Embodiment Intensive is for anyone who wants a deeper relationship with themselves through presence, breath, movement and embodied practice.
It's for the people who spend most of life living from the neck up.
Thinking.
Managing.
Achieving.
Holding it all together.
While quietly feeling disconnected from the one place they've lived their whole life—their body.
Across 100 hours you'll learn to:
slow down, listen, move from sensation rather than obligation.
and to develop a relationship with your body built on curiosity instead of criticism.
The beginning of all teaching starts first with yourself.
Many people complete this training purely for personal growth.
Others discover a passion for facilitation and continue into the professional pathway.
You'll explore
• Presence & Embodied Awareness
• Breath as a Daily Practice
• Somatic Movement & Modern Yoga
• Embodiment as a Way of Living
Perfect for you if...
• You feel disconnected from your body.
• You're always in your head.
• You want to experience life more deeply.
• You're craving a slower, more embodied way of living.
• You know there's more to wellbeing than information.

You'll experience our complete methodology from the inside out.
You'll understand not only what we teach—but why.
How nervous system capacity is built.
Why sequencing matters.
How community is essential.
And how to build a somatic lifestyle, not just a movement practice.
This is the heart of the Sol Method.
Designed for practitioners wanting to deepen their understanding of an integrated somatic approach and integrate the methodology into their own work.

Embodiment Intensive develops your relationship with your own body.

Embodied Facilitation Intensive develops professional facilitation and business skills.
Complete all three pathways to become a Certified Sol Method Somatic Yoga Facilitator.

People join us from all backgrounds—including complete beginners, yoga students, teachers, coaches, therapists, movement professionals and those simply wanting to reconnect with themselves.
The Sol Method and Embodied Facilitation Intensives require previous experience or completion of the earlier pathway.
The training follows a hybrid learning model, combining:
-
Self-paced online learning
-
Live online mentoring
-
In-person immersion experiences
-
Supervised practicum and teaching
This allows you to learn the theory in your own time while developing the embodied and facilitation skills that can only be experienced in person.
-
Traditional yoga teacher trainings often focus on teaching postures, alignment and philosophy.
Sol Method combines the wisdom of yoga with contemporary somatics, breathwork, embodied anatomy and facilitation to help you understand not just how to teach movement, but how to create experiences that help people reconnect with themselves.
Our focus is internal experience over external performance.
Yes.
